The team uses a highly effective key-person system, ensuring each child has an adult who knows them very well. The leadership team has developed a challenging, engaging, and well-thought-out curriculum that adapted to meet individual needs, leading to high levels of engagement and progress.
Staff skilfully promote literacy through exciting and engaging reading sessions. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive exceptional support, with staff employing various strategies like the Picture Exchange Communication System and collaborating with other professionals to ensure children make the best possible progress.

Treasure Chest Day Nursery registered in 2011. The nursery opens from Monday to Friday all year round, with sessions from 8am to 5pm. It employs six members of childcare staff, including a manager and deputy with degree qualifications and other staff holding appropriate early years qualifications at level 3.
