The leader for special educational needs and/or disabilities creates and reviews individual plans, supported by staff knowledge of children's interests.
Outdoor space
Children engage in outdoor play by visiting local parks on occasions, which particularly supports children with barriers to their learning, enabling them to develop physical skills and awareness of the local community.
EAL / language support
Leaders and staff understand how to support children who speak English as an additional language, offering support through word sheets from parents that detail basic words in home languages, which helps children progress well with their communication and language skills.
