Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive good support to meet their needs. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure that early help is in place for those who require additional support, including sharing strategies with schools for individual children to ensure a positive transition.
Children enjoy outdoor play. Staff ensure that there is a variety of equipment on offer to suit all children's different levels of ability. This helps children to develop their muscle strength and coordination skills.
My son started Treasures in January and from the very first phone call to visits, settling in sessions and drop offs/pick ups all staff have been so welcoming and friendly. My son loves coming to nursery and often runs in without giving myself a second thought, that in itself speaks volumes as it shows he enjoys attending and feels it's a safe environment. I'm kept up to date with all his development and been reassured when I had doubts about his speech. Thank you to you all, you have all already been a big part in my sons learning and developing in such a short space of time and we look forward to watch our little grow even more with your help and guidance.
Read on GoogleMy son started at Treasures back in October of last year and i've seen him blossom so much since being there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming when i go to drop him off and collect him and are so good with him in a morning - as he is one of those children that goes in upset. My son's speech, eating and so much more has improved loads and I know this is down to the fact that the nursery do so many lovely and engaging activities with the children. During feedback at the end of the day we always hear what Louie has been up to (backup with the online parent app which is fab). In the past 6 months my son has taken part in dance from around the world, watching chicks hatch, taking part in an Easter bonnet competition, outdoor and sand / water play daily and SO MUCH MORE!! Can not recommend Treasures Nursery enough!!! Thank you for the fantastic care and learning you provide 🤩
Read on GoogleAfter working in childcare myself for 15years, I dreaded choosing a nursery for my children, however the staff at treasures made this very easy. The setting is light, inviting and has a calm atmosphere, the staff are bubbly, kind and have lots of knowledge around childcare. I will always go on to recommend treasures nursery. They have a great staff turnover and this means a lot to parents, especially when the same staff look after your next child :)
Read on GoogleI can't fault Treasures Nursery. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive and the children bond quickly with them. Both of my children love spending time there and I feel reassured they are well looked after, safe and happy in the environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending the facility to other parents.
Read on GoogleMy little boy loves it here! He's 2 years old and has been going since he was about 18 months old. He has a little group of friends that he looks forward to seeing. Have never had a problem with any staff - everyone is lovely. Would recommend to anyone :)
