Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!

This has been the worst nursery we have experienced. The staff seemed indifferent and sometimes quite rude to the children. They didn’t support my son at all during his settling-in period. He stayed for only 1.5 months, and during that time he often went in crying. We rarely received any updates about his day due to significant communication issues. On one occasion, he injured his mouth and was bleeding, but we were not informed until I picked him up. When I reported this to the manager, no apology was offered. Overall, it was a very distressing and negative experience for my son.

Disgraceful and Incompetent Check out Ofsted reports before sending your child here. Ask for reviews from parents on ‘Tameside Mummies get out and Play’ - Facebook Group High turn off staff. Senior/Managerial people disappear in a puff of smoke Had nothing but trouble with these. They say the right things (sometimes) but isn’t the reality of the chaos going on behind the scenes and when caught out there is no accountability. Lots of safeguarding issues. The latest one was children having found medication that staff knew was missing and failed to locate and children consuming it. Go to a council ran nursery. They have more accountability to Laws and regulations. Private nurseries are ultimately a business. Wouldn’t trust them with a goldfish, let alone a child. Many staff lack basic common sense. Some of these 5 star Google reviews are actually from staff ETA - No need for me to email you. My little girl has been going here since she was 9 months old, now she's almost 4 and still absolutely loves it. How amazing does it feel for your child to skip into nursery so happy? Leaving you feeling content knowing shes happy, safe & cared for. The staff are amazing, she has had fantastic bonds with all her keyworkers and other staff in all the rooms. She comes home daily telling me all the new things she has done and the parent app is just amazing, I love finishing work to see all her photos and meal entries. I Highly recommend this nursery.
