Leaders go above and beyond for their families.
Inclusion & environment
All children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, have the opportunity to contribute and practise their language skills. Leaders are attuned to local challenges that parents may face when accessing outside services for speech delays, and staff ensure that any gaps in knowledge are quickly identified and rapid support is put in place.
Older children wait patiently in a line so that young babies can move safely into the garden. Children are taught how to keep themselves safe in the sun, and staff monitor the ultraviolet levels before they go outside.
We are extremely happy with this nursery! The staff are kind, caring, and always attentive to the needs of the children. Our kids have settled in so well and look forward to going each day. The activities are creative and educational, and the environment feels safe. Overall, a very good nursery that we highly recommend!
Read on GoogleTreetops is a wonderful nursery, all the staff are so friendly, helpful and patient. My daughter has been attending for 6 months now and she is thriving, she loves her nursery mornings! The staff are very thorougher and attentive, can’t thank them enough for the taking care of our baby!
Read on GoogleWe couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and cooperative, making both children and parents feel completely at ease. One of the things I really appreciate is the timely updates through the nursery app—we receive regular notifications throughout the day, including photos, activities, meals, and naps. It’s so reassuring to know what my child is doing and how they’re settling. What truly stands out is the detailed documentation of developmental milestones. Every day, the staff record observations and progress notes, which are shared with us clearly. It’s wonderful to see how my child is growing and learning within a structured, caring environment. The nursery goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive, nurturing, and well-organised early years setting.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been at Treetops for over 3 years now, she started as a baby and is now in pre-school, and we are so happy we chose this nursery! She has thrived here, she absolutely loves the staff and always looks forward to going! Our son has just started at the nursery too, and I already know he’ll be just as happy there. Thank you so much to the whole team — it’s such a big thing to trust someone else with your child’s care, but my mind is completely at ease knowing they’re both so well looked after.
Read on GoogleMy son has been going for nearly 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are so caring and always willing to speak about his day and development. I love the app and how we can keep in touch with the nursery. He’s settled and happy and he really does enjoy attending. I love how the nursery find new ways for the children to learn and expose them to all sorts of different experiences. I wish it was a school!
