We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and cooperative, making both children and parents feel completely at ease. One of the things I really appreciate is the timely updates through the nursery app—we receive regular notifications throughout the day, including photos, activities, meals, and naps. It’s so reassuring to know what my child is doing and how they’re settling. What truly stands out is the detailed documentation of developmental milestones. Every day, the staff record observations and progress notes, which are shared with us clearly. It’s wonderful to see how my child is growing and learning within a structured, caring environment. The nursery goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive, nurturing, and well-organised early years setting.

My daughter has been at Treetops for over 3 years now, she started as a baby and is now in pre-school, and we are so happy we chose this nursery! She has thrived here, she absolutely loves the staff and always looks forward to going! Our son has just started at the nursery too, and I already know he’ll be just as happy there. Thank you so much to the whole team — it’s such a big thing to trust someone else with your child’s care, but my mind is completely at ease knowing they’re both so well looked after.

My son has been going for nearly 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are so caring and always willing to speak about his day and development. I love the app and how we can keep in touch with the nursery. He’s settled and happy and he really does enjoy attending. I love how the nursery find new ways for the children to learn and expose them to all sorts of different experiences. I wish it was a school!
