Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Support for children who may have special educational needs and/or disabilities is good. Leaders work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure that children have suitable support in place. They use additional funding well to provide resources that cater for children's individual needs, resulting in all children making good progress.

Outdoor space

Staff help children to learn about speed and distance as they roll cars down tracks outdoors, describing how fast cars go and how far they have gone. They organise the environment so that children have opportunities to practise moving over different levels, enjoying climbing on higher surfaces and jumping off.

This is a lovely nursery my son attended for 3 weeks however I didn’t feel as though we had the right support to deal with his needs even with requests to speak to staff about making a plan for him to support him with his behaviour at nursery. I received no handovers on pick ups accept if there had been an incident involving my child which would have been okay if they had an app that most nurseries have that update you on your child throughout the day but they don’t have this also.
