Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are generally supported well. Practitioners identify children who require extra support and seek support from the special educational needs coordinator and other relevant agencies.
Children are keen and confident to explore the resources indoors and outside. For example, children enjoy going on a bug hunt in the garden and they excitedly explore play dough by manipulating it with their hands and tools.
Highly recommend this Nursery. My Daughter started a few months ago and the staff helped her settle in so well. They are caring, professional and very friendly. They have helped her confidence hugely and she bounces out of there at the end of the day after having such a fun filled day. I was also very impressed with the Manager who is very friendly too. Thank you to you all.
Read on GoogleIn terms of the care given, Katy specifically is a star, she's just brilliant and genuinely cares for the kids. The food provided, the activities and the facilities are good too. It's a shame however, we couldn't rely on them, last minute noficafions regarding staff shortages the day before our child was due to attend were common. From a business management perspective, its dire and this has a huge impact. This also came though in the communication, inconsistent responses to inquiries, poorly constructed communications generally and a lack of respect to parents hence why our child is at another nursery. The issues showed no signs of abating with no communication to highlight any efforts of mitigation, it all felt very reactive. I appreciate there are broader issues in terms of the market but now we have a comparator, we understand that Busy Bees problems are worse, hence I would not recommend this nursery in its current state.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely awful, heartbreaking, cold, ignorant treatment. It's been over a year since I've tried this nursery for my then 1yo son, and I still feel enormous sadness and anger for the horrendous quality of care in this place!!! The Mngmt will tell u everything you want to hear at start, they are great with advertising themselves, but when it comes to the actual daily care, I could not imagine more incompetent, cold, cruel carers than those I've met/seen in the baby's room there. After several complaints to the manager, I eventually took my boy out of this nasty setting and will NEVER try any BusyBees nursery again!
Read on GoogleMy daughter has received the best possible child care at the busy bees day nursery. Over last two years she has transformed to a very confident child thanks to a dedicated and professional staff. Would definitely recommend.
Read on GoogleI have had my son here since he was 6 months old, the staff were amazing with him and i have not seen a great turn over of staff. The manager is very welcoming and will accommodate her best to make everything possible to make you feel reassured.
