Inclusion & environment
Staff quickly identify any gaps in children's learning. The special educational needs and disabilities coordinator oversees the learning for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, making swift referrals to ensure that all gaps in learning are closed in a timely manner and that children receive the support they need to progress.
The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning. Staff go above and beyond to create rich experiences. For example, they arrange for birds of prey to visit, turn the garden into a Jurassic adventure and watch chicks hatch.
My daughter has been attending this nursery since 12 months old. She has now just turned 3. I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience. The staff are all so warm, caring and very attentive. It has been wonderful to see my daughter flourish over the years and to see how much she's developed socially, emotionally and academically through all the learning activities they provide. Every day she comes home happy and it gives me such a peace of mind knowing she's in a nurturing and safe environment. The regular updates and communication is outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the care and education she's receiving. Thank you to the whole team for making her early years so special and I would highly recommend this nursery establishment.
Read on GoogleWe couldn’t be happier with this nursery! All of the staff have been absolutely amazing – so caring, welcoming, and supportive. My daughter loves coming here and is always excited for her day. It’s clear she feels comfortable, safe, and happy, which means the world to us as parents. The team go above and beyond to make sure every child is settled and thriving. We are so grateful for the wonderful environment they’ve created – I couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough!
Read on GoogleI’m disappointed with the lack of communication from this nursery. I reached out multiple times to inquire about registering my child and asked for key information, but I never received a proper response. The one reply I did get was vague, and despite following up, I’ve been ignored since. It’s concerning, especially when trying to make an informed decision about such an important matter as childcare. If this is how communication is handled before enrollment, it raises serious questions about how things might be managed afterward. Thank you for your consideration.
Read on GoogleMy 2 year old daughter has attended this nursery for over a year now and I can honestly say she is the happiest kid ever. I have 2 other children who attended 2 separate nurseries at this age and I had to face tears every day with them. From the moment my daughter started at Twinkle Totz she has bounced her way in every morning. The environment that Susan and her amazing team have created here makes it feel like a second home for the children attending, and their families. My daughter was a very attached baby and I was so anxious how she would do when she started. However she has just flourished since coming to this nursery. Her speech and development have come on leaps and bounds due to the brilliant teaching and support this nursery creates. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and just wish it had been around for when my 2 elder children needed a nursery setting! :)
Read on GoogleReally lovely nursery. My son absolutely loves it and settled in so well. We were worried how quick he would settle with us moving homes however the carers made him feel so welcome. We are really pleased. Susan, the owner is wonderful too - her being around makes you gives the comfort that the nursery is being well supervised and managed.
