Our little boy Owen is doing so well at Nursery & we’ve seen a massive difference in him since starting last September. He is greeted at the door by the friendly staff & now he walks right in, Owen always comes home really happy & tells us all about his day at Nursery. I love that we receive photos of him throughout the day to see what he’s been up to. 100% recommend!😊

The staff & manager at Victoria Park Hall Day Nursery have been so accommodating, flexible & caring around ours & our little girls needs whilst settling in. After a bad experience in a previous nursery, they have been so reassuring & supportive in making us feel comfortable around our little girls care & time there. Making us feel listened to as parents, Sarah & the baby room staff have really helped to re-build our trust again in leaving our little girl in another nursery, even after only a short period of time. Best decision we’ve made to send her here. Can’t wait to see her continue to grow & thrive at Victoria Park Hall. Thank you! 😊🩷

My little girl started in September, it was a bit of a last minute placement but Sarah was really accommodating to ensure my little girl could start. Since she has started she’s done nothing but flourish in her development and her little personality and that’s thanks to the staff who work there. She absolutely loves going and gets excited when we pull up in the car. I’d like to point out how i am impressed with the handovers I receive and the photo updates I get during her time there. My little girl is coming up to 2 this year and I can’t wait to see her grow with the nursery. Despite some of the staff being young this isn’t any problem for me what so ever they are all fantastic. The nursery is lovely and clean and gives you a nice warm welcome when you enter unlike another in the area that I viewed. I instantly fell in love with Victoria park Nursery

I cannot recommend Victoria Park Hall Day Nursery highly enough! Since my son Chester started attending, we’ve seen remarkable progress in his learning, speech, and overall development. The team has gone above and beyond to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where Chester has truly thrived. The staff have been instrumental in helping Chester improve his speech and communication skills. Their tailored approach to learning ensures every child gets the attention and support they need. Chester’s confidence has grown leaps and bounds, and it’s incredible to watch him come home excited to share new words and skills he’s learned each day. We are also extremely grateful for how accommodating the nursery has been with Chester’s lactose-free diet. The staff not only ensure he has meals that suit his dietary requirements but have also taken the time to make thoughtful changes to their menu to cater to him specifically. This extra effort gives us such peace of mind, knowing he’s well cared for and included in every aspect of the day. The dedication, kindness, and professionalism of the team at Victoria Park Hall Day Nursery have made such a positive impact on our family. Chester loves going to nursery, and as parents, we couldn’t ask for a better place to support his growth and happiness. Thank you for everything you do!

Freddie started here last April 2024 when he was two for 15 hours a week. The staff have been incredible, all so loving and patient with him, this allowed Freddie to feel more safe and secure away from me. At the beginning Freddie struggled to settle but after just a few sessions he was a completely different little boy. I can't thank this nursery enough, i couldn't see him settling and being happy away from me but the staff here changed this for me. They always keep me updated with photos and videos to let me know he is okay. They have always been so thoughtful and accommodating, choosing certain activities which they know Freddie enjoys so that he feels included and enjoys his self more easily. Freddie now goes for 30 hours per week and he absolutely loves coming to nursery. He loves learning, drawing, playing outside, going for outings in the park and singing songs. The change in Freddie has been unbelievable since starting here, he has come on in leaps and bounds, a lot more confident within his self and also with his speech. I love picking him up, seeing his smiley face and hearing all about his day. Management/staff are always so friendly and whenever you have a question or worry they are always there to help you and reassure you. Definitely recommend victoria park hall day nursery to other parents/families x
