As a family we can not recommend what a hoot bedlington enough. it has been absolutely amazing for our sons development. The nursery itself is currently going from strength to strength and the current changes are absolutely amazing there is so much for the children to do. Hats off to the full team and a huge thank you to all the staff. Our little boy is so confident and I'm sure it has a lot to do with his past and present key workers. A special shout out to Amy, Abbie and Tegan for all the amazing work they have done with our little boy. Also a massive shout out to Hayley the changes yourself and Amy are implementing are absolutely fantastic.

As a family, we honestly can’t recommend this nursery enough! From the moment we first visited when my little boy was 10 months old, we felt such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each age group has its own thoughtfully designed room, and it’s clear how much time and care goes into planning varied activities that support each child’s milestones and development. I’ve joined a few stay & play sessions - both when he was a baby and now he’s in the twos room, and it’s always lovely connecting with the staff and the parents of the children he plays with. When my little one moved up into the next room, we also found out I was pregnant. I think the combination of changes naturally heightened his separation anxiety, especially around age two, and I've really struggled with drop offs most mornings since then. The staff who work with him every day have been so understanding and reassuring, they always update me shortly after he settles, and their end‑of‑day feedback is so detailed and comforting. Nicola and the team have gone above and beyond by putting steps in place to support him through this phase, including his key worker Leanne. The difference is noticeable not only in him (albeit early days!) but in me, I feel so much calmer and less stressed at drop‑off because I genuinely trust they care about him which makes transition a lot easier. Some people say they don’t like the idea of nursery, but I honestly believe it’s been the best decision for my little boy. He was born prematurely, and at 2.5 years old you’d never know, he’s come on so much since moving into the twos room and all of his family comment on how well he's developing. The intermittent updates we get throughout the year through the Famly app are always lovely to read and really show how much progress he’s making. I’ve never tried any other nurseries, and I’d honestly be hesitant to, because the support, kindness, and genuine care we receive here truly stand out. We are so grateful for everything they do.
