30am until 4pm. The nursery provides a welcoming environment for children aged 0-4 years, where they are eager to attend and enjoy close bonds with their friends and staff.
Young children benefit from cuddles, comfort, and reassurance as they settle in, with their care needs carefully considered and matched to routines at home. The well-being of children is further enhanced by the provision of freshly prepared and nutritious meals, with all health needs and dietary requirements carefully considered.
The nursery has a "Good" Ofsted rating, following its latest inspection on 29/06/2021. Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities are very well supported, as managers and staff demonstrate a good understanding of their needs and work closely with parents and other professionals to help individual children catch up.
While children regularly use the garden, the inspection noted that staff could make better use of outdoor opportunities. However, the nursery effectively utilises its hall space to help children develop coordination and engage in physical activity.
Children are encouraged to use their imaginations through role-play and creative activities, which includes learning about diversity by discussing similarities and differences. Parents consistently express their appreciation for the staff and the warm welcome they and their children receive, noting the positive impact on their children's learning and development.

SEND provision
Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported very well. Managers and staff have a good knowledge and understanding of the children and their needs, and work closely with parents and other professionals to help individual children catch up to their peers.
Outdoor space
Although children go in the garden regularly, staff are not making the best of opportunities to motivate children to explore, play and learn outside. That said, they do make good use of the space in the hall to help children develop coordination and to be physically active on a larger scale.

My child has been going to this nursery now for almost a year and it’s been brilliant, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. His key worker is so lovely and gives multiple updates on his progression throughout the year, he also gets sent home with a little update on his day when he’s in which is a nice touch. Management has always been polite and helpful in my experience. There’s often things going on like they had the local fire service there talking to the kids the other week. So far since joining the nursery my child has really grown in confidence, learnt a lot and made some really great connections with the staff in his room, who I can not praise enough

Staff were lovely and great with my children, however management can come across very rude and condescending, management have also said personal things regarding my daughter outside the building, infront of all other parents which it was very unprofessional. Please bare in mind if you are a little late you will be charged heavily even if you ring to explain you are running late, not ideal for busy single mums. The pathway outside this building has needed work for some time, it certainly poses a risk to young nursery age children as it did to my 2 year old daughter, she had tripped on the uneven pavement right outside the front of the building, the nursery told me to go to the council to complain which I did, however the front of the nursery leads straight across to their own carpark for the building, now 7 years on this pavement has got much worse, for the money they are making in this buisiness this should have been a priority for them to get sorted by themselves or/either by the council as the children's safety should come first even if that is outside of the building. Lastly me and my family members had realised that if you are running late, rather than call your emergency contact straight away, they will often leave it for 20/30mins, we realised this was to simply push the late fees up, which can become very pricey. I hope this has helped, you don't need to avoid, as I said staff are lovely and great with the children, however please just be aware of some of these issues so you don't get caught out too.

This nursery is not very good and the staff are not helpful I have collected my child 12 minutes late get £15 charge for the first time and I'm new in this erea so they should give advice first time they made me very upset...
