Located in Felsted, Essex, the nursery operates from restored barns situated within five acres of land, offering a rural setting that overlooks open countryside.

The nursery's philosophy centres on providing a fun, engaging, and loving environment that promotes early learning, with a strong commitment to research-informed practices. They prioritise each child's individual needs and interests, fostering strong relationships with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to care and education.

The dedicated staff, all of whom are paediatric first aid trained, are described as passionate about nurturing and educating children, employing a child-centred approach to planning and extending learning through various activities and observations. Whipper-snappers also provides fresh, nutritious meals prepared on-site, catering to diverse dietary requirements.
