How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported emotionally to manage transitions throughout the day. Staff show them pictures to help them understand what will happen next, such as when it is time to come indoors and lunchtime. Children with SEND are supported well by leaders and staff. They work in partnership with parents and other professionals and make timely referrals to meet children's individual needs. Targets are identified and implemented to help children progress. Additional funding that some children receive is spent effectively to meet their individual needs.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education during activities, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact this has on children's learning.

EAL / language support

However, the support for children who speak English as an additional language is not as effective. For example, staff do not provide them with experiences to learn about their home languages, traditions or cultures to contribute to their understanding of what makes them unique. The provider should help staff to support children who speak English as an additional language to develop a stronger sense of belonging in the setting and to understand what makes them unique.

Lovely staff my kids has such a good time and everyday looks forward to go to the nursery. His confidence level has gone so up since he has joined the nursery, first he was hesitant and would cry on drop off and pick ups . Now he has made such a lovely bond with all the staff members that he is so cheerful as soon as he enters the nursery. Thank you ☺️

Great nusery amazing staff my older son went there from the age of 2 and a half now my younger son is staying there there just amazing do a lot with ur children best nusery I know 😊😊😊 easy to get to always open apart from Christmas n new year

My son started here when he was 2, he was only supposed to be here for a few months until his other nursery was ready! After these few months, I didn't want to move him & he didn't want to move. The kids club has helped my son achieved more than I ever thought he could - hes autisic with GDD and they've gone above and beyond with him - i couldn't recommend a better nursery than this one and massive thanks too all the girls 🩵🩵
