A wonderful place to leave your children and know they are loved and cared for as much as they are at home. My little princess has come on so much since she started at 9 months old, the baby unit have done an excellent job with a range of activities and stimulation for the children as individuals and as part of a team. The parent app is great, being able to know your child has eaten and done certain activities when you’re at work is very reassuring. She also loves the food! Huge thanks to everyone at The White House Shirland for all your continued support, love and care.

This nursery absolutely nailed getting right people to look after our children. My son joined at 6 months and I was extremely anxious leaving my little man in a strange, new place but it's the people in this nursery that are making the difference. They genuinely care and my son loves coming in to the nursery. We did see other places, where despite what they tell you children run around with long boogies and noone cares. I feel like the staff genuinely likes my child and look after him, teaching him new things, helping with food. It's not necessarily the franchise, it's this particular nursery and people who work there, including good management, that makes it stand out. You see management supporting with looking after children during busy periods. Also, the Baby Room in Shirland has been revamped and looks very welcoming, much better than in some other nurseries. Thank you, especially the Baby Room carers, Fiona and Amanda. Very special thanks to Amie.

The team at Whitehouse in Shirland are second to none, they really care about the children and their families. They have looked after our child like he’s their family, sharing funny stores, pictures, providing a lovely nurturing environment for them. On top of all that my child eats so well, and loves the routine there. I cannot imagine what our lives would be like without them.

We have been very nervous about our child going to nursery but since the day 1, we have been completely reassured he is very well looked after. We are kept informed at all times and we can see he's thriving. We can clearly see the staff pays attention and knows the children, their behaviours and preferences so we know he is in good hands. We would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone.
