The day nursery was registered with Ofsted in 2011. In its Ofsted inspection on 15th May 2025, it was judged to be Good overall.
Ofsted noted that leaders have reorganised the indoor and outdoor areas and have put in place a varied curriculum. The inspector found that children are inquisitive, develop good friendships, and enjoy exploring topics like minibeasts. Staff support children's learning through skilful questioning and promote a love of books by reading in the outdoor area. For children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, staff work with other professionals to provide tailored support. To improve, Ofsted suggested staff should encourage children to carry out tasks for themselves and support them to join in with others during play.

How they support every child
SEND provision
Staff work well in partnership with other professionals and recognise when children may require additional support, making swift referrals to appropriate agencies to ensure children receive early help. They undertake regular training to provide children with tailored support, such as supporting children with their listening, understanding and communication skills. Staff spoke about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Outdoor space
Staff read to children under the willow trees in the outdoor area, where children listen carefully for extended periods. Leaders have reorganised both the indoor and outdoor provision to make it more appealing to children and to encourage them to access a greater range of resources to benefit their learning. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors.
