We’ve had (and still having) a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly caring—not just toward the children, but also toward us as parents. During the settling-in period, they were so understanding and accommodating, especially as I’m quite an anxious mum. Their gentle and kind approach made all the difference. There are so many great activities that help the little ones grow, learn, and thrive in a warm and nurturing environment. We’re so grateful to have found this place! Thank you all!

My daughter has been attending the day care for 2 years. The staff are incredibly caring. The quality of the education is good, they are preparing her well for school. The staff are knowledgeable about the children in the daycare - in 2 years there has been very low staff turnover which is a really positive and pretty uncommon. The food is delicious as well. Send your child here rather than some other ‘family’ club 😜

My 12month old daughter started at the Daycare a month ago and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Every staff member, from the head teacher to each childminder to the cook, is warm and kind and clearly loves our child and all who attend. I'm so impressed at how well they know her already- not just her key worker but all the staff! Not only this, but they seem to do different and stimulating activities every day and my daughter's social confidence has improved so much in the month she's attended. She settled within 3 days and ever since has been excited to go at drop off. We highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking in the area.

I was able to spend an hour in the nursery this morning starting the settling in process for our second child at WPD, with our eldest about to move off into Reception at a local primary school. We feel very lucky to have found such a welcoming, safe and caring environment for our children. The staff are all gems and seem to love having fun with the children; our daughter will miss them all very much!

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughters are excited to go to nursery every day, and the way they and the staff greet one another each day speaks volumes-the staff are creating a little community that my daughters love being a part of. I feel they are safe and nurtured, given everything I could want from a childcare provider. Also of note is that they are fed nutritious and interesting lunches that they actually like, which is hardly a given in my overall experience of childcare situations! I highly recommend William Patten Daycare.
