Our 2 year old daughter has been attending Willow Tree for four months now and absolutely loves it. The staff there are fantastic and our daughter quickly reaches out for them upon drop off. Settling in was very smooth and she has made some lovely relationships with everyone that works there. The app at the nursery is very user friendly and keeps us up to date daily on her activities, sleep times and how much food she has eaten, which is often all of it. I highly recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleOur daughter has been attending Willow Tree for 3 months. From the initial visit and settling in days to now, we have been so impressed with the nursery. The manager is always available to assist and answer questions quickly. She has established a great relationship with us and with our daughter. All of the staff are super friendly and know our daughter by name. It is a very caring and secure environment and we feel confident that she is not only looked after well but will develop well with their support. They are efficient at sharing important daily updates via an app so we know each day how our daughter is progressing and enjoying her time. It was stressful finding a nursery place in E17 but we're so happy she is at Willow Tree.
Read on GoogleOur son has had three very happy years at Willow Tree. He started when he was about 11 months and the staff were very kind and patient with him (and us!) during the settling in period, and they have been ever since. He is always happy to go, and has made great friends there. The Nursery staff do so many different activities with the children and have worked hard with our son on his specific needs. They are kind, fun and nurturing, and we have been consistently happy with the care he has received. Also the food is clearly amazing as he eats everything they offer (compared to nothing I offer!!). There is an app which tells you what they’ve eaten, how long they’ve slept and what activities have been on offer, which is all really helpful, especially in the early days when things like sleep and food are so important. We are very sad he is leaving and saying goodbye will be hard, but our daughter is now in the baby room and already loves it there too!
Read on GoogleOur daughter attended Willow Tree for 8 months before we moved away from the area. The nursery staff are very friendly and welcoming, they have coped with some very challenging times managing Covid admirably. They create a fun atmosphere, with a range of daily activities. Communication was good. We would recommend Willow Tree.
Read on GoogleWillow tree has been an excellent nursery for my son. He has really thrived in this small setting. The staff are caring and kind and I love the fact that the kids get to go out on trips to the local park/library etc. My child is always excited to tell me what he has been up to, be it baking cupcakes or playing with blue spaghetti, playing in the tent or playing with ice. They put thought in to the activities on offer and I appreciate that.
