We registered and payed the fee for my son back in September 2025 for him to start in March and we were told we would hear from them past December. It’s almost March 2026 and we haven’t heard from them neither they returned the fee. I just received an email asking parents not to call for this kind of matter.

This place is such a scam. They don't reply to any emails. I payed £200 in September 2025 to be in their waiting list, the terms and conditions that we all signed clearly state that if they are unable to offer my baby a place the £200 is fully refundable. They didn't offer a place but they're not replying to my emails about the refund. The place might be new and pretty but the staff is completely unhelpful, at the end of the day the staff is much more important than some pretty/new facility
