How they support every child
SEND provision
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are making significant progress in their development, with some beginning to communicate and demonstrate an understanding of language. Staff monitor progress closely, tailor the curriculum, and fully include parents in planning for initial sessions to ensure quick settlement and a head start. Leaders share information with other professionals and use additional funding effectively to support children's development.
EAL / language support
Children learning English for the first time are developing a rapid understanding of language and can communicate confidently. Staff use their Gujarati and English skills to help babies learn fruit names and understand their benefits, and provide visual cards for emotional recognition.
