Staff are consistently present and ready to interact, supporting children's learning and care needs, which helps children form strong emotional bonds with their key person, fostering self-esteem and confidence. The curriculum is generally well-planned, building logically on what children already know, although leaders occasionally review planning to ensure consistent maximisation of learning opportunities.
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive prompt additional support, enabling them to achieve well over time. The pre-school encourages outdoor learning, with children enjoying ample space for physical activity and the safe handling of tools, developing strength and physical stability.
