I can’t say enough great things about my daughter’s experience at the holiday club! She had such a fantastic time and came home every day with the biggest smile on her face. The activities were engaging, fun, and perfectly age-appropriate. A special shoutout to all the staff members —you were absolutely outstanding! Your kindness, patience, and enthusiasm truly stood out, and it’s clear how much the kids adore you. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure every child felt welcome and had an amazing time. We’re already looking forward to the next holiday break!

Everything it's absolutely lovely before and after school provision and great holiday club. My boys loves this club,they are doing great activities planned and the staff are amazing. Can truly see the kids happiness and well being are the top priority.

Absolutely lovely before and after school provision and great holiday club. My daughter loves it and actually gets sad when I'm off work and she doesn't attend. This club enables me to work knowing she is safe. Great activities planned and the staff are amazing. Can truly see the kids happiness and well being are the top priority.

Offer the same service as the last kids club at temple meadow but double the price. On top of this if you book your child in on the day they charge a £5 late booking fee. The £5 doesn't cover anything its just something they want to take of young parents in a cost of living crisis

I also agree with a previous review about late fees The app was not easily accessible and we have to book before 5:30 which I think is ridiculous There were numerous issues with the app and I kept complaining and finally it was sorted Ok I agree that the business does not understand the cost of living crisis and was adding the £5 late fee for their own benefit In terms of communication I think it's really bad - I'm not going to say which branch but my wife is going to be making a formal complaint about a manager in particular I can't fault the staff that work there It's more the business side that needs sorting Understanding the cost the of living crisis Support young parents who work and have to pay for childcare - it's not free for everyone I pay full for my 2 kids And then adding £5 fees on a daily basis not good - we already pay enough Communication with managers to parents - please try and give us some peace of mind A reply would be nice if I have asked a question on the app Instead I am ignored 5 stars to the staff that look after my children I give 0 stars to the management I really hope this is looked into seriously and the communication improves with management and parents Formal complaint will be made
