Inclusion & environment
Staff work closely with other agencies to help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the extra support they need so they quickly begin to catch up with their peers.
Older children enjoy being active outdoors in the fresh air in all weathers; they learn to put on their own coats and boots and enjoy climbing, balancing and riding balance bicycles. Staff encourage toddlers to explore outside, such as listening to rain on the shelter roof and pouring water down the guttering, which promotes children's health and physical development.
