I never imagined I’d have to write a review like this. My experience with Alpha Kindergarten (Fletton) has left me heartbroken and deeply disappointed. All I ever wanted was for my daughter to be cared for in a safe, respectful environment. I raised simple safeguarding concerns, asking that she not be taken outside while she was unwell, but instead of being listened to, I was met with hostility and silence. Soon after, my daughter was suddenly withdrawn from the nursery shortly after the staff became aware of personal family details about our health and beliefs. It’s left me feeling discriminated against and completely let down as a parent. To make things worse, I was sent a private complaints policy that isn’t even available on their public website. No parent should ever feel threatened or silenced for asking questions or trying to protect their child. This has caused serious emotional stress to my family, and I’ve reported everything to Ofsted and the local council’s funding team for investigation. I just hope no other parent has to experience the same. Parents, it’s your decision.

We couldn't be happier with Alpha Kindergarten in Fletton, Peterborough. From the very beginning, the staff have shown genuine care and enthusiasm, making both our child and us feel welcome and valued. The team is consistently warm, approachable, and attentive, ensuring each child feels secure and supported in their learning environment. The nursery provides detailed and regular feedback on our child's progress, which helps us stay closely connected to their development. It’s reassuring to know that the staff are fully invested in helping each child grow, and they make an effort to highlight individual achievements as well as areas for growth. The facilities are also well-maintained, with a good range of learning materials and activities that keep children engaged and curious. The meals provided are nutritious and well-balanced, and we appreciate the care they put into offering a varied menu. We highly recommend Alpha Kindergarten to any parents seeking a safe, caring, and enriching environment for their child’s early years. It’s clear that the staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing space that encourages children to thrive.

When my son first started kindergarten, I was filled with a mix of emotions—excitement, nervousness, and curiosity. From the very beginning, the teachers were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment. What stood out to me the most was the emphasis on social development. I saw my son forming friendships, learning to share, and building his communication skills. Highly recommended for every parent looking for a place for their child. Well done, guys.

Alpha Fletton has been amazing for my eldest son, he started at 11months old and has just turned 4. The staff are friendly, easy to contact and always on hand to support us. Regular updates are given either verbally or via the app along with pictures of what my son has been up too. My son loves going in to see his friends and see what activities are set out for the day. He loves picking a new book each week to take home from the library & even asks to go to nursery on his non-nursery days! So glad we chose Alpha.

Great nursery. Staff are really friendly and have the children's best interests at heart. We are always kept well informed or our daughters progress and of any other updates in general. Our daughter has so much fun and has progressed so much since starting. I would highly recommend it here. Can't fault anything they do.
