My son attended this nursery from around 9 months old until he left at the end of August to start school, and I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for everything they’ve done for him and for us as a family. He has a diagnosis of autism, and it was actually the nursery who first helped get the ball rolling with the assessment process. They supported us every single step of the way throughout his diagnosis journey — without them, I would have been completely lost, with no idea where to start or who to talk to. Their support, understanding and dedication went far beyond anything I could have expected. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure he had exactly what he needed to thrive, and the progress he made during his time there was incredible. The communication, care, and genuine love they have for the children shines through in everything they do. My 2-year-old daughter is still there now and absolutely loves going , she runs in every morning with a smile on her face. I don’t have a single bad word to say about this nursery. They have been a huge support system for our family, and I will always be grateful for the amazing start they gave both of my children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a truly caring and supportive nursery. 💛

Fantastic nursery, recommended to everyone I come into contact with. Really stick to their Ethos, all children are looked after, cared for and really feels like walking into a cosy home. Staff are amazing and for a city center based nursery, with great connections for public transport, they have a great, secure garden space with so many areas for our children to explore. Keep up the outstanding work you all do.

My son started attending this nursery since April. I was researching so many nursery’s at the time and so glad I made the right choice. Every single staff have played just a big role in my son’s development so can’t thank them enough! I was worried about his communication and speech when he started as we were communicating in another language with him at home. However, since he started nursery his speech, confidence, even eating habits has been astonishing. He will repeat the names of the staff at home when his not at nursery and it’s so nice to see that his become this confident little boy that just wants to talk talk talk and repeat all the new words his learned from nursery 😀 the thing that I appreciate also is the regular updates through the day, it makes me feel at ease knowing this. Thank you to every single one of them.

UPDATE: AFTER PUBLISHING THIS REVIEW, I RECEIVED A HOSTILE EMAIL FROM THIS NURSERY THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FAKE. IT IS A LIVED EXPERIENCE WITH EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP. We had such a negative experience here. My son joined this nursery when he was 11 months old for only one full day a week which they were happy with. Unfortunately I was told he was just not settling, always crying and screaming. They refused when I tried to increase his days. When I checked the cctv one time I saw that staff was refusing to carry him even though he wanted her to. He would touch her arm and she would remove his hand. When he turned 14 months, they told me that they could no longer care for him. This was because he was always crying, which set the other kids off and made the staff complain of headaches. The manager also said out of the blue, that from her experience, he was on the path to being diagnosed with autism. When I confronted her about this in writing, she simply refused to acknowledge that she said this on the phone. Despicable really. I don't think the staff treated him well especially one lady who always ignored him during drop offs. I would NEVER recommend!

My little girl has been attending this nursery since September 2024; she loves coming here and I can tell she has a developed a lot in terms of walking, speech and independence since joining. Staff members are absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and with great attitude towards children, they are very helpful whenever she gets unwell. The nursery serves home-made meals and they cater to all sorts of dietary requirements. I also love the fact they take the kids out on a daily walk/visit to the garden. For as long as we are staying in Peterborough, I will be sending my daughter to this nursery :)
