With over 20 years of experience in art education, art-K offers a structured curriculum developed by artists and educators, utilising high-quality materials in a supportive and non-competitive environment.

The studio provides weekly art classes, holiday workshops, and party experiences, covering a diverse range of artistic mediums including drawing, painting, 3D modelling, mixed media, and papier mâché. I thought this would have been actual art classes for adults but they really are not. I guess yeah for kids it’s fun. I have now found actual classes near Tenterden where you have a curriculum with details for each lesson, which this did not at all. I get the concept but definitely for me it’s not considered classes/ lessons more like space available for you to chat and draw/paint what you wish. Definitely for me was not worth the money I spent.

Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her weekly class at Art-K, and I’m always eager to see what she has created. The studio is a lovely environment, and Pip is so patient and encouraging. I love that our daughter has access to so many materials,and is learning and developing techniques while she finds her own style. Highly recommended!

Our Son Zachary has been attending Art-K for over two years now and he absolutely loves going. Not just because it enables him to access creative materials and inspiration but also because the whole team are so welcoming and kind. Pip who runs Art-K on a Saturday morning is just a fantastic person, she never gets flustered or overwhelmed by Zacharys little ways or idiosyncrasies. He was diagnosed with autism at three years old, and at times can be challenging. However Art-K embrace him, and find ways to guide and support his needs. Thank you all for being so kind x

My daughter attends “art class” here after school. She absolutely loves attending each week and every day asks me how many more days until she is able to attend again. It is well presented, brilliant resources, and more importantly lots and lots of fun!

Lovely studio located just in the Royal Star Arcade from the High Street Entrance. Studio was well lit, had plenty of space and the Manager was very attentive and helpful! Had a lot of fun in one of the adult evening classes, was also informed they do children’s classes too and special school holiday workshops
