- Staff are excellent role models and consistently support children, who constantly display exemplary behaviour.
- Children delight in experiences provided by staff to enable them to experiment in the environment, gaining a real-life understanding of sensations and developing a greater depth of understanding of the natural world.
- Management and staff have high ambitions for every child to develop a love of learning and achieve to the best of their abilities, using detailed knowledge of each child to plan next steps in their learning.
