Brilliant nursery. My son's been going here for over a year now and each week he attends my wife and I see further development in his education and social skills. The staff are always friendly and happy to answer questions (even the staff who aren't my son's key worker). All staff seem to genuinely care about the kids. Outdoor play and hands on learning seems to be a key aspect of this nursery. As my son is the outdoors type this fits him well. Whenever an accident occurs (my son's 3 he's gonna graze his knees or slip) the staff alert me to the incident at pickup and outline the injury and treatment. Overall great place to send your kids (especially if they like outdoors learning).

Both of my children have attended Baby Bugs Nursery, and progressed from the cosiness of the Baby Room to the happy bustle of the main room. We've always felt completely assured with the team looking after our boys - they phone immediately if your child seems unwell, throw wonderful parties for occasions such as Christmas (complete with a jolly Father Christmas visit!) and are always smiling. Tapestry is updated regularly for parents to view, your child's home routine is implemented and my son's 'comfort' toys were protected like fellow children. On occasions where a comfort item was left behind, staff have volunteered to go out of their way to make sure my son had his special toy at bedtime. I mean, what more can I say? These are genuine, caring, professional people and I can't recommend them highly enough. They've transformed the outdoor areas in a few years and continue to improve and perfect their work. I will miss this nursery so much now my children are moving on!

Unfortunately gone downhill since being taken over by Alice. Unprofessional rude staff. If your child/ children are Sen, they will not be supported correctly, they haven’t got a clue!! Medical needs too are not managed correctly, If your child has medications they are not given as they should be! An awful place. I know a few people that have had these experiences now, including my neice and it’s simply not good enough

Both my children have attended this wonderful nursery for years. Some very happy memories have been made there and I'm sure they will look back on their time there fondly. Never once had an issue the whole time they have been there
