My son has been attending Happy Days since he was 9 months. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, my son goes in so happy and smiling to see everyone. All of the staff here give a welcoming and friendly vibe. I have updates of photos/observations, nappies, sleeps and meals throughout the day and again when I collect I get a thorough feedback. My son has that much fun here he doesn’t want to leave. As a previous nursery worker myself I was very nervous finding the right nursery for my son and after viewing a few I knew this was the right one. The facilities and resources they have here are outstanding. Thank you Happy Days team for all you do for my son. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed :)

My 2 year old son has been at this nursery now for almost a year and has loved his time in the toddlers room. The staff are all so lovely and friendly, and he can't wait to tell them about his weekend/etc. He loves to sit and have cuddles with them. He has come on leaps and bounds with his talking, counting, and imaginative play. They encourage him to use the toilet and potty, and he eats a far wider variety of foods than I could ever offer (and it always smells delicious!!). He is now about to move up to the pre-school room, where I am sure he will thrive in the same way, though he will definitely miss the staff in his old room! My 1 year old daughter also attends the setting, and is currently in the babies room. She has been at Happy Days since October, and though she struggled with the separation at first, she now goes to the lovely staff with a smile on her face. She has become so independent since being at Happy Days and loves to play in the 'bigger babies' room on the slide. She demolishes every meal, and though she may be pretty grubby by the end of the day, I can tell she has been well cared for and had a lovely day! When I collect her at the end of the day the staff are always able to recount everything that she has done/eaten, which proves to me that their full attention is on the children. For both children we are given updates on the useful app throughout the day - updates on nappy changes, meals, sleeps, and development. The management team within the nursery work hard to keep me informed of any need-to-know information. They're always stationed right by the front-door and greet all the kids with a smile and a chat. Emails are always replied to promptly, as are phone calls. All of the above shows in my perspective, a true representation of a lovely nursery and their wonderful staff. Thankyou!

Very happy with Happy Days! Staff are always attentive, compassionate and kind, both to us as parents and our child. There's a progressive curriculum and we are given regular updates on how our child is developing. Everyone seems genuinely invested in providing a happy and nurturing environment, and our child loves it there.

Send you a second email asking you to pay for registration, yet still couldn’t be bothered to respond to the two emails you sent asking questions after a visit. More about money than actually about your child. I’m not sure why anyone would want to sign up and pay a registration fee to a company whom can’t actually respond to not 1, but two emails and a Facebook comment three emails if you include my reply to this email.

I have understanding of a incident in this setting. And would hate for any other child/family to have to endure what I know others have. This nursery sees fit that a member of their staff verbally abused a 3 year old boy. There investigation into this incident has been nothing but a sham. It’s also good to know that this setting hasn’t received a ofstead visit in six years so this is imminent.
