Emergency stopped in the car park outside here as my 2 year old needed a little wee as she's just starting potty training, or she would have wet her pants. She had a wee right in the mud on the verge of the car park, in heavy rain, the receptionist came straight out and said she was unhappy as children are coming and going and asked me to wash the tiny wee with water and also a can of antibacterial spray. Somewhat overboard, god knows what they do if your child wets themselves inside, or a dog or fox, cat or bird poops or wees in the carpark. Never felt so embarrassed and upset by someone not understanding that sometimes a 2 year old just can't wait a second to wee. Would have expected a little better from someone working with children.
