My 15 month old son started here in September of 2025 and he absolutely loves coming to this nursery and seeing all of his favourite people. The ways the staff have helped my son develop is amazing. I was so nervous on leaving my son as a first time mum but they were so reassuring and seeing his smile every day at pick up is amazing. I would 100% recommend anyone who is thinking of signing their child up for nursery, to pick this one!
Read on GoogleAbsolutely despicable nursery. I wasn’t aloud into the nursery to take my 2 year old in and settle her. Staff are very rude. And didn’t interact with my daughter. I had to say to them is no one going to pick her up or say hello? First full day and I had to pick her up early as she was so distressed when I got there she had soiled her nappy. I got her home and she had been in the same dirty nappy all morning. This made my daughters bottom very sore to the point where I had to get some antibiotic cream from the drs. She was up every hour that night every time she urined in her nappy she screamed in pain. I tried to ring that morning numerous of times to see how she was settling and no answer and left 2 voicemails and no reply. I went to have a meeting with the owner and he apologised for any distress this caused my family… you don’t apologise for something that you apparently haven’t done. He then refused to continue the meeting as I wanted to record it due to my solicitors instructions but he refused…. Hiding something? I emailed the nursery my complaint and have heard nothing back from them. How disrespectful. I have been to other nurseries since and they all seem a lot more welcoming and cleaner. I have worked in childcare for 20+ years so I know a good nursery when I see it. And this nursery is disgusting. How many other people has this happened to? And just been an excuse of a sore bottom??
Read on GoogleBeech Tree is such a gorgeous Nursery. I’ll be forever thankful for everything they have done for me and my little ones. My now 10 year old still speaks of Cameron- her favourite staff member. My littlest one has been at the nursery now for 3 years. I go to work knowing he’s safe and happy. The nursery have also gone above and beyond accommodating my shift pattern and last minuet changes when we desperately needed it. The make my job possible ❤️
