I would recommend Jack and Ella’s nursery in a heartbeat to any parent looking for a safe and happy 'home away from home’ Our little boy has settled in so well and that’s entirely down to the wonderful, nurturing staff. We feel completely confident leaving him in their hands and we love getting our daily updates and photos on the app seeing all the wonderful things he’s been up to, it really helps us feel connected to our child's day. I. Really do feel so grateful to have found such a lovely nursery we trust implicitly. Hayley

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Jack and Ella’s Nursery. From day one, the team have been so welcoming, caring and attentive, and it’s clear how much they genuinely love what they do. My little one absolutely loves going to nursery, which says everything — they settle so well and come home happy, confident and full of excitement about their day. The activities are engaging, the environment feels safe and nurturing, and communication with parents is brilliant. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our child is so well cared for. We would highly recommend Jack and Ella’s to any parent looking for a fantastic nursery.

Our experience at Jack and Ella’s has been amazing. As a new mum, I’ve found the support for both parents and children incredibly reassuring. The environment is beautiful and felt very different to other nurseries we viewed, and I love their Reggio Emilia approach. My child has settled in so well and truly enjoys attending. The daily updates from Sallianne, Hayley, Lottie and the rest of the team are wonderful and so inspiring for activities to try at home. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Our toddler has been going to Jack and Ella’s nursery since September and absolutely loves it. We had several settling sessions where he had lots of one to one time to settle into the nursery setting which worked around his wake windows. It was nerve wracking leaving him for the first official day but we were put at ease, with no rush at drop off, and our emotions were taken into account just as much as his (he didn’t even have time to say goodbye as he was so happy to go in and play). Since starting, he has come on leaps and bounds, so excited to arrive at nursery and is happy to be greeted and go to any of the staff who he has built great relationships with. His speech, motor skills and independence has grown- he has always been confident but he has thrived here. Furthermore there are parent workshops held frequently to support what the nursery do with the children and we received a through detailed and personal report at the end of term which was another great insight into his time so far and progress. We have also felt really supported when our toddler has become unwell at nursery, where they have contacted us promptly and comforted and looked after him until we could come and collect him earlier to take him home. Our toddler has spent time at the first school and will go there later this year which we can wait for as he loves to be outside and explore. Thank you Sallianne and Hayley and all the team, we couldn’t have had more of a positive experience.
