The preschool benefits from being part of Gladstone Connect, an urban regeneration charity established in 1997. Gladstone Connect aims to improve the lives of residents in areas of social and economic deprivation in Peterborough, focusing on poverty relief, employment, education, housing, and general well-being.

They strive to provide excellent access to services for all residents, support aspirations for secure employment and housing, well-resourced education, and good health. The charity also works as a link between service providers and residents to assess and meet needs, increase awareness of rights and responsibilities, and encourage the development of local services by local people, ensuring the centre is a safe and welcoming facility for the entire community.
