Shiny Stars Pre-School, registered in 2010, provides outstanding full-day care for children aged 2 to 4 years old in Peterborough. The dedicated team of four childcare staff, all qualified to at least level 3 with one also holding qualified teacher status, cultivate a warm, family-centred, and nurturing environment.

Children are encouraged to be independent and follow their own interests, with staff nurturing their language skills and introducing new vocabulary. The pre-school has a strong focus on parental partnerships, ensuring families are well-informed and involved in their children's learning journey.

The manager demonstrates exceptional leadership, actively seeking opportunities within the local community to enrich children's experiences, including visits to the library, shops, and museums. They also maintain close links with local schools for smooth transitions and have visited an outstanding hub for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to further their expertise in supporting these children.
