This nursery has done so much for both my children. My little boy was speech delayed and since he started kids in bloom he is doing amazing doesn't stop talking now!! My little girl only started a few months ago and she is coming on amazing. The staff really do love the children and my 2 children have such lovely bonds with the staff. Any issues that have come up they have tried to help as much as possible. Thank you to all the staff you have made such a difference in my children x
Read on GoogleI couldn’t recommend KIB Prescot enough! My little girl started at 18 months & left recently at 4 years old ready for reception and she loved every single day there. Every member of staff from every room, the office and Kirsty (manager) couldn't do enough. They are all brilliant at their jobs & the care they provide for the children is amazing, they go above and beyond to make everyday fun for the children. My little girl loved going to forest school in pre-school & loved going on the mini bus to the forest and getting muddy with her friends. I miss our drop off-pick ups already at this wonderful nursery, but we will be back when baby no.2 comes along!
Read on GoogleCouldn’t recommend this nursery enough! Staff are so welcoming, kind, friendly & caring and make you feel secure that your children are in safe hands! Children always have so much fun!
Read on GoogleWe are so lucky to have Kids in Bloom Prescot on our doorstep. The care they provide is nothing short of excellent. My son has been in every room, baby, toddler, and preschool and has loved every single room and every member of staff. I will miss seeing their smiling faces every morning and their warm welcome to my little one. He has benefitted from a wealth of activities from sensory play, outdoor play, trips out to local care homes, Forrest school, the library, the park, amongst many more places. The staff know him inside out and I trust them implicitly with his care. The staff are so knowledgeable in their role and go above and beyond every day with a smile on their face. They have become part of our family. Returning to work can be full of guilt as a parent, but this is made so much easier when you know your nursery is caring for your children in the way that kids in bloom do.
Read on GoogleEverything is slow in this nursery, from admin, up to management, they don't answer the phones, don't keep their word, they are understaffed and don't care about the customer's needs. If you ask them questions why they don't do their job they will kick off and put the phone down on you. How is it possible to be in wrong and then try to find the lamest excuse to kick off it's beyond reality! I regret choosing this nursery. Further update: Apparently because of my 1 star review the application for the baby has been rejected. Too bad there is no 0 star option. We were waiting for a spot for almost one year just to be told that we need to wait one more year. These employees starting from the manager are suffering from a power trip they are clearly not interested in doing their job and if you ask them to do something they act like you put them to solve the world's hunger problem. Very very unprofessional. We have been treated with disrespect from the beginning to the end. Rolling their eyes over is the best description. I went to a different nursery and have been treated with respect and humbleness. I am happy that they showed their true face because certainly the baby could of been in danger.
