Our Daughter started nursery here in July 2020, the welcome was fantastic and she appears to have settled in extremely well. There is great communication from the Blossoms team keeping us continually up to date with the progress that she is making. The facilities at the nursery are brilliant and the children are always doing exciting activities. Our daughter is always more than happy to start her day at blossoms and i would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Our son attended Blossom Lodge when he was 1. The staff was wonderful, and they created a warm and caring environment for the children. As first time parents, we are very grateful that our son had such a positive experience at the nursery!

Blossom Lodge provides a wonderful, enriching and caring environment for my daughter. She has been in both the Toddler and Early Learners rooms and the staff have been fabulous. They really take the time to get to know my daughter and have worked with us to help keep certain routines in place for her (nap times and potty training) while she is there. She only attends two mornings a week but she looks forward to going and talks excitedly about her friends and what she has done there after each session. They are often doing special activities with the children, like hatching chicks and craft projects. I know my daughter is learning a lot there. I really enjoy the app they use to communicate with parents. I get daily updates about what my daughter has done at nursery as well as photos and write ups about her progress in learning. I would recommend Blossom Lodge to anyone.

The two things that drew me to to the nursery were the staff and the resources. The staff are a caring energetic team that I noticed haven’t had very much turn over compared to other nurseries I have looked at. Freya has developed some lovely relationships with the staff at Blossom Lodge. The staff are approachable and just lovely- people that you are pleased your child is spending time with. The nursery is being gradually upgraded throughout and the resources for the children are well- chosen and stimulating. After settling in, Freya has always enjoyed going to nursery. She takes part in fun play and sensory activities. As a first time Mum, it’s a relief knowing she’s happy there.

The manager of the nursery will happily lie to you about the whereabouts of your child or try and cover up the truth by asking staff to lie to parents and accuse your child they are a liar, anything that stops them from having to admit they've done something wrong. All started with a phone call asking for our child to go up to the local park which we denied. (At this time he had already been offsite and they were seeking retrospective approval) their first option of trying to get away with it. The next morning while walking up the road to the nursery, my son had told me he had been up a road outside of the nursery and up to the park, when I questioned the staff they said he must be confused and that they had been offsite but just to outside the nursery understand the traffic lights and that some then went to the park and some didn’t. We felt like they weren’t telling us everything so we went door to door up the road trying to find door cam footage from that morning. We clocked them at a different time to the story the manager and staff had told us. I then confronted various members of staff and was able to get the truth and was told that the manager not only lied to me but also asked them to lie to me and they were very upset about doing so. I am grateful I have the truth but feel sick to think that she would lie about that. She should take it seriously being honest to parents. I have immediately taken my child out. It is not safe to leave your child there with someone that will lie.
