Inclusion & environment
Children challenge their balance and core stability when they walk across the sensory path or develop strength in their shoulders when they sweep with brooms. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors.
Staff do not always seek sufficient information from parents to fully support those children who speak English as an additional language. Communication and information sharing with parents whose children speak English as an additional language needs to be enhanced to further support children's learning.
My little boy started at bluebell at the beginning of January and the staff have been amazing and so supportive. I can call to check on him at any time, even if it’s just to set my mind at ease that he is doing okay they are always happy to reassure me. My little boy loves the hot food provided and I have noticed his speech and confidence has improved already. Thank you to everyone, especially his key worker Megan.
Read on GoogleBoth my girls absolutely love going to Bluebell Hill. The staff have been so warm and welcoming, showing such care when looking after them. The girls settled so quickly and are so excited to see their teachers in the mornings. Couldn't recommend Bluebell Hill enough!
Read on GoogleAs a first time mum, I was really anxious about sending my little one to the nursery. After weeks of searching, I came across bluebell hill. In the first visit itself I was sure this would be the best place for my little one. Claire my baby's key worker is wonderful, she is so dedicated. She and others make sure my little one is well looked after. All the staff are wonderful, patient and professional. The managers Sarah and Jasmine are very supportive and helpful. I highly recommend bluebell hill.
Read on GoogleI was originally let down by a local nursery and at short notice had to find somewhere else for my son to go. Bluebell Hill were quick to help and within 24 hours his place was secured and my mind was at ease. My son has always been really happy at Bluebell Hill, right from settling in sessions to now, he always comes home with a smile on his face. The staff are always smiling, patient, welcoming and there to talk about development or any concerns. Almost every day we receive pictures and development updates via the app which is lovely to see whilst at work. They also do all they can to support the families as well as the children. Very happy and highly recommend!
