Inclusion & environment
A highly successful key-person system means practitioners get to know children's individual needs in great detail. They are alert to the physical and emotional needs of babies and toddlers, and tailor their care superbly to suit these.
Practitioners recognise when children show a preference for learning outdoors. They make the most of the outdoor space to build on children's rapidly developing physical skills, creating fun games to inspire toddlers to learn to adjust their pace when walking up and down a ramp.
