Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are appropriately supported. Staff use observation and assessment to track children's progress. Where further or external support is needed, the staff are swift to work in partnership with parents and other professionals.
Children experience equally rich learning opportunities outdoors as well as indoors. Following an incident where a child was left unsupervised in the outdoor play area, the provider carried out an investigation, took appropriate action, and reviewed their outdoor play procedures, sharing these with staff to minimise risk.
'Lovely nursery. The children get lots of indoor and outdoor activities to do and they serve hot meals.'
