Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
They are happy with the communication they receive from their children's key person and the staff team in general.
parents know who to speak with if they have a concern, and they comment that they are confident that this would be resolved quickly and appropriately.
Inclusion & environment
Staff encourage children to be active, both indoors and outdoors. For example, older children eagerly engage as they take part in the story 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt', using their imaginations to 'splish', 'splash' and 'swish' around the room.
Staffs are compassionate about the children. Overall we are very pleased, only suggestion is that more and more nurseries are switching to the digital reports and send pictures during the day to the parents, in this regard bouncing bees is still using old ink and paper also there is a dump smell which i believe with professionals regualer deep cleaning it will improve the atmosphere. Aside from this bouncing bee is a small family business that strives at making both parents and children comfortable.
Read on GoogleThe staff at Bouncing Bees have been fantastic and very caring. Our son wasn't talking and had trouble following simple instructions but after attending Bouncing Bees he has improved a lot. Tunguy and his staff have been very accommodating and caring. They also offer various activities and have so many toys. They also keep a track on your child and work with the parents in order to achieve certain goals or tasks to help your child grow. I would recommend Bouncing Bees without any hesitation.
Read on GoogleThoroughly disappointed with the experience in which i was faced with today. Admittedly, i was a few minutes late to collect my child (i arrived at 6:04 and collection is for 6pm. I was met by staff at the door and before i was given the opportunity to apologise, a member of staff began to irrationally and erratically proclaim that I am constantly late on a recurring basis- which is untrue. I usually have zero issues with this nursery. However, as previously stated, i do not appreciate nor do i accept the disrespect within the way in which i was spoken to today. The passive aggression and the guilt tripping only added to this- I was told i was keeping all staff behind and they leave at 6, although the nursery closes at 8pm? Again, i am thoroughly disappointed and feel let down with todays experience as this is unusual for the younger, kind respecting staff i am usually met with. Its a shame that not all staff members have a sense of kindship.
Read on GoogleMy twin boys have been attending this nursery from the age of one and it’s been a pleasure knowing there being cared for by this family run nursery. Thank you for all the support to our Children.
Read on GoogleThe perfect nursery for my daughter. My daughter loves the staff there, which is so important for me to know she's happy and in such good hands. Staff there very kind and polite. My second daughter will join soon, so i definitely recommend Bouncing Bees!
