Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well by staff. Other professionals are invited into the nursery to work with staff to identify how to meet children's individual needs. Additional funding that some children receive is used to provide one-to-one time with children to implement targets to help children progress in their development. Staff also find out about children's routines at home and implement them in the nursery to promote emotional well-being for all children, including those with SEND.
The inspector observed the quality of education during activities, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact this has on children's learning.
My daughter has recently starting attending Brats Nursery and it is an amazing nursery. The staff are so lovely and helpful! My daughter has made some much progress in such a short space of time. She absolutely loves it there!
Read on GoogleGreat nursery! Both my sons attended, my son is now in school and the nursery definitely opened him up as he was a shy little boy and now is full of confidents. My other son still attends and loves going into nursery each day and has a lovely relationship with both his friends and staff. Love hearing about the fun activities he has done daily. Will be looking to put my daughter in there in the future. Definitely recommend.
Read on GoogleBoth of my children went to Brats, one from the age of 9 months until she left for school last September. My youngest started at Brats when she was 13 weeks old and is currently still attending the nursery. I was concerned about leaving her so young, but all the lovely staff at Brats reassured me and made me feel happy with my decision. Both my girls loved every minute at the nursery, and my youngest still does. I required flexible sessions due to university and work, the nursery was more than accommodating and did everything they could to help me and my children. My children have really enjoyed Brats, they love the staff, the differnet variety of activties and especially the dinners. I would definitely recommend!
