How they support every child
SEND provision
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is a key strength in the nursery. Staff are highly skilled in assessing children's needs and working extremely closely with outside agencies and parents to meet children's individual needs. Staff work well to provide tailored care and adapt routines to support children's needs. This allows staff to work towards closing gaps in children's learning.
Outdoor space
At times, older children's outside play can be chaotic as children from both rooms play together. Leaders have identified this needs to be changed but have not yet worked out or implemented a solution. Staff are not always aware of their positioning in the garden, and as a result, miss opportunities to extend children's learning.

My daughter has been attending here since she was 15 months old, and she’s due to finish this September when she starts school. She loves coming here, the staff are warm and welcoming - the carers are incredibly good at their job and invested in the children. It’s been such a wonderful time for her. We’ll be sad for her to leave!

Zack settled in extremely quickly and it’s all down to the fantastic staff. Every Wednesday (he’s only 1 day a week), he literally skips in which is a weight off our shoulders. We can’t thank the staff enough; with a special mention to Kelly (Zack’s key worker), Colette and Laura in their daily management.
