We visited Bright Horizons on an open day and were really impressed with all the facilities on offer and the kindness from the lady showing us around. Kids seemed to be having a lovely time and the atmosphere reflected that. However, upon entering the reception area and when we left the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke has totally put us off. It’s such shame as we were really impressed by everything else.

We've been incredibly impressed with Bright Horizons Clapham and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff - without exception - are very friendly, kind and professional. There's a wonderful feeling of warmth and familiarity from the moment you walk into the nursery in the mornings, with all staff members knowing each of the kids' names (not just the names of those children they work with). The facilities are good and the range of activities are stimulating and engaging - our little one can't wait to arrive each day and get started! The staff's interactions with all the children are infused with support and love, and the information and support that's provided to the parents is great too. It's easy to arrange a meeting if needed and there's also plenty of time given at pick up, so parents can hear about how their little ones got on that day. Our daughter has been going here for over two years and whenever she has moved to the next room up, the transitions have been well planned and smooth so she's never had any issues. We're so pleased we chose Bright Horizons and are incredibly grateful for all the amazing work done by the staff there.

Our eldest has attended Bright Horizons Clapham for over 3 years and loves it there. We've been so impressed with the staff and facilities, especially during the many difficulties they faced during the pandemic, that our youngest son now attends too. The level of care they receive is of the highest standard and both are always so happy and look forward to going in each day. In fact the eldest is always asking to go in on the weekends too! As a parent the support that we receive from staff is great too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We moved our son to Bright Horizons from another local nursery just after he turned 3 around the end of 2019. We were nervous about making the switch but shouldn't have been - as from day one he's loved it and has absolutely thrived. He looks forward to nursery every day, and we look forward to hearing all about his day after. The staff have been amazing, especially with all the challenges over the last year. A special thanks to Jo, Maria and Tatiana, his favourite people in the world! We will be sad to leave in the summer when it's time for him to start school.

My son has been attending this Bright Horizons since he was 9 months old (is now 2 years old) and has been very happy here. I love how spacious and modern the rooms are and how each class he attends is very much his peer group within a couple of months of each other (as opposed to some nurseries where it is all under 2s in one class/room etc). The staff are super caring and interested in his progression. Highly recommend.
