I have been trying to contact this college for 3 days regarding my sons course and nobody has picked up the phone not even once , I am put on hold for ages and then eventually I am cut off and the line goes dead . How am I supppse to find out any information if no one tends to the phones. I have now resulted to sending an email with no result yet either .

Incredibly disappointed, should have read the reviews… Firstly the requirements advertised are misleading. Then they ask for you to list all of your qualifications when you apply and then book you an interview, and even if you meet said requirements on the website you get there and they say actually even though it shows the requirements are x we actually need xyz. People have busy lives and it’s not fair on us to be joked with like that. Applying, adding all the information, wait for the day, make your day free for said interview as they aren’t flexible at all, travel there and then get told actually it’s a mistake. Please update your website as this is appalling. It’s 2025 And please inform your teachers of your courses? How unprofessional having to tell them how their own college works and what it is offering. Definitely will take it as a sign that it’s not for me, specially after the other reviews.

Worst college i ever been enrolled at. You get not support from anyone including teachers are rude with no manners, i once asked a simple question of an assignment and of the teachers completely ignored me?! Wow never seen that level of disrespect towards a student. Management don’t really care if you make a complain. Been to other colleges in London and this so far the worst I’ve ever been to please go somewhere else if you can. You will definitely waste your time there xx

Lambeth College is either disorganized or biased, possibly both. I tried to apply for a level 3 counseling course twice. The first time I was sent a few emails to determine my eligibility for funding. I answered the emails and gave the required information, but then I never heard from them again. I enquired again about the course, and now I'm experiencing the same problem. I received an email about the course, but when I replied, more than once, it's like the person just ghosted me. I don't know if they have problems communicating, problems with administration or that they are doing it on purpose because they are 'choosing' their students. Whatever the reason, it is no way to run an educational institution!! Well, things get worse. I was scheduled for an interview for the level 3 counseling course from 11:00. I waited for over two hours and no one ever called me. The saga continues and gets worse. I thought I had a place and now I don't. Misleading information, misinformation. I wasted all that time, waiting for them to call, taking the two assessments. I will be honest; I suspect bias and discrimination as well as just not communicating well. After dealing with Lambeth College, I now have new issues.

What an utter mess of an organisation. It's truly unbelievable. I tried to apply for a Counselling course here. To apply you need to do 2 tests in English and Maths (this is just for someone to speak on the phone with you and answer your questions about the course) which takes about 45 minutes. Then no one contacts you for weeks. Then they start contacting you, one by one, each time starting the whole thing from the beginning, asking you to take the tests again, then calling you to interview you for a totally different course and now I can't get rid of them. I asked to be removed from their list 3 times and today hurray! I got a letter confirming that I had been accepted on the course. Please stop emailing me!
