Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator has a clear understanding of her roles and responsibilities in supporting children, staff and parents. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities access an effective curriculum, which is planned by staff to meet children's individual learning needs. This means that children, including those learning to speak English as an additional language, make good developmental progress.
Children enjoy outdoor play. Babies show good physical skills, such as when they climb the steps, walk across the bridge and down the slope. Pre-school children take great delight in taking part in a bug hunt in the garden, identifying different insects.
BH Crawley offers exceptional infrastructure—truly the best in and around Crawley and Copthorne. We enrolled our son when he was just 10 months old, and the team has been outstanding from day one. Their caring and friendly approach made us feel completely at ease as first-time parents. One feature we particularly appreciate is their digital app, which serves as a seamless hub for all communication and keeps us reassured about our child’s day. I highly recommend BH Crawley to any parent considering nursery options—reach out early to secure a spot. A huge thank you to the entire staff for your dedication and support. You are amazing!
Read on GoogleThe infrastructure is very good. Quite big spacious room while allows children to explore and learn.Care is of high quality. The staff attrition rate is low so this assures your child gets to be with the same key person throughout within a group. I really love the garden area, they have individual garden area for every year group. My child initially took time to settle as she was frequently down with bugs from Nursery for the first six months. However she has settled in so well , she enjoys it very much here
Read on GoogleWe're delighted with the care and attention to detail at BH. The team are excellent and have a great attention to detail. The range of activities and food is impressive. Equally the updates on the app are very reassuring. 🙏🏻
Read on GoogleLeft my Son in the same nappy that he was sent in all day, he came home in it with feces dried into his skin. It took over a week for the blistering and bleeding sores to his bottom to heal. I also was made aware by the 3rd in charge that he was left with under qualified staff, but at the same time she was claiming that he was on her lap at 5pm, and yet she did not noticed his bulging soiled nappy. I believe they spent all the money on the fancy building and very little on decent staff. Beware!
Read on GoogleMy son absolutely loves nursery days! He settled in quickly thanks to the lovely staff in the baby room. He's moved up a few rooms since then and is still just as happy
