My 3 year old has been attending since she was 18 months old and absolutely loves coming to nursery she is always talking about the staff in the nursery and always has a good day. The staff have been amazing and very supportive with potty training and getting rid of her dummy. The app the nursery has is great, photos of her day are uploaded throughout the day and we can see how long she has slept and what/how much food she has eaten, you also get to see the progress of their development through the app by being able to look at observations and reports. Management are very supportive and are able to be contacted easily through the app or through email and is great at adding my child in for an extra session if I need extra childcare. The staff care for my child is amazing and I know she is well looked after and loved at the nursery which has made me as a first-time mum feel very happy and confident dropping her off every week without any worries.
Read on GoogleOur child started at Bright Horizons just before their first birthday and is now in their pre-school room. They have loved their time at the nursery and has made some great bonds with the staff. We have always felt that they are cared for and supported to be who they are in their environment. The variety of activities certainly caters for a variety of interests and introduces them to lots of new things. Our second will joining them soon - we wouldn’t have sent them anywhere else!
Read on GoogleOur time with Bright Horizons Dorking continues to be extremely positive. Both our daughters attend the nursery - our eldest is three and currently in the pre-school room, and our youngest is one. The staff are fantastic - attentive, supportive, and truly dedicated to the children. The activities and learning opportunities are brilliant, creating the perfect balance of nurturing and playfulness. Our eldest, in particular, has learned so much during her time at Bright Horizons and is very fond of the staff. They have a fantastic manner with her, always being encouraging and inclusive. Our youngest settled in quickly and continues to thrive, thanks to the amazing team in the baby room. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Horizons based on our time with them.
Read on GoogleWe have been using Bright Horizons, Dorking for 6 years and will continue to do so. The staff really care about the children and provide them with such lovely and educational activities. With plenty of time in the garden (whatever the weather) and a great variety of interesting activities and crafts inside, they are well stimulated. We have always loved the art, cooking and sensory rooms too. This is a well run nursery which takes the time to get to know children and families. Staff stay here for a long time, which is great continuity for the children but I think also shows they are happy. I very much recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleI can’t fault Brighton horizons. The staff are at the top of their game. They really care about the children and I feel so confident leaving my little lady with them. Not only do they look after her but they help her through every day toddler issues 😊. She comes back everyday with a new word or sentence. They are just the best, and I could never repay them for the work they do. If you have any worries about leaving your baby/toddler with them, honestly don’t. It’s a wonderful decision I made. Thank you for everything xxx
