30pm, the setting offers a mixed term-time schedule, which includes a breakfast and after-school club for children attending the host school. Children at Bright Sparks Kindergarten Ltd thoroughly enjoy learning, engaging enthusiastically in familiar activities such as music and movement sessions.

Staff encourage children to play outside and take safe risks, for example, by carefully negotiating a wobbly plank. Most children enjoy playing with building blocks indoors or in the outdoor sand area.

The current curriculum places a strong focus on developing children's listening, attention, and mathematical skills, areas where staff have identified a need for additional support. Staff also encourage a strong interest in books, bringing stories to life for the children.

The kindergarten promotes children's good health through healthy and nutritious food, effective hygiene routines, and opportunities for outdoor play. Safeguarding arrangements are effective, with staff knowledgeable about child protection procedures and holding paediatric first-aid certificates.

The kindergarten values strong parent partnerships, providing twice-weekly live streams during the pandemic to ensure parents remained involved in their children's learning journey.
