Food
Children are fed according to their hunger, schedule and diet.
Bright Start Nurseries, established in 2012, operates as a family-run group, offering high-quality, affordable, and flexible childcare across three locations. The day nursery aims to address common barriers to accessing childcare, such as registration fees, deposits, and rigid session schedules, by eliminating these requirements.
They focus on creating a small, cosy, home-like atmosphere, particularly for infants, with a limited number of babies per setting. The approach emphasises individualised care, adapting to children's routines, hunger, and dietary needs.
The nurseries are committed to providing flexible arrangements to accommodate varying parent schedules and fostering a supportive community environment.

Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) works very closely with parents, staff, and other professionals to ensure those with special educational needs and/or disabilities and children who speak English as an additional language receive the support they need. For example, they have implemented focused activities to help support children's concentration and social skills, which enables staff to act quickly to close any identified gaps in children's learning.
Staff offer children a multitude of experiences to develop and practise their physical skills. They take the children on outings to the forest school to play and explore in the woods, providing opportunities for managed risks and physical development.
The nursery is a home from home. Nothing but love and care for my children. I lost all faith in nurseries due to previous experiences however Stacey, Jodie, Marc and the team have completely changed my perspective. My children absolutely love going to nursery. Having now just put my 3rd baby with them. They are so extremely accommodating and nothing is too much. They learn yet have so much fun. I couldn’t recommend a nursery more.
