Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make exceptional progress from their starting points. Support for children with SEND is well-embedded, with highly trained staff strategically deployed to identify learning gaps early. The communication champion leads additional speech screening, and staff swiftly implement targeted support to help children make rapid progress. Children who started with limited speech now communicate confidently, resulting in very few children requiring support from outside agencies.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education, indoors and outdoors, and evaluated the impact on children's learning.

Broussa is an exceptional nursery! Our son has attended since he was 5 months old. His development has been incredible. The staff go over and above to attend to every need. They are all well educated, experienced and very kind and caring. The nursery is spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas are well designed and very safe. The security is paramount to the management and we have always felt reassured by the attention here. From the first look around to now (our son is now 2 1/2 years), the process for enrolment was simple and efficient. Our son constantly talks about his days at nursery and he is always excited in the morning at drop off! We couldn't recommend Broussa higher!

This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. For over four months, I repeatedly contacted this nursery regarding Friday availability and was consistently told that Fridays were always available, while no other days would be possible until 2027. Based on this information, I proceeded with the registration process in good faith. I attended a viewing, was given a registration form, completed it, and personally returned it just after the New Year, as I was advised this was acceptable due to the new intake year. Throughout this entire period, I repeatedly asked about paying the deposit, yet no payment details were ever provided. I was continually told that the details would be given to me or that payment could be made online, but no clear instructions were ever shared. After four months of being led on with no transparent communication, I was suddenly informed by phone that Fridays were no longer available because they were prioritising other children and parents. This should have been communicated months earlier, not after wasting a significant amount of my time while I was actively planning childcare. The most unacceptable part of this experience was the behaviour of the manager when I called to seek clarification. She was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and entirely unprofessional. She showed no empathy, refused to take accountability, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. This level of disrespect is shocking, particularly in a childcare setting. Parents expect honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. This nursery demonstrated none of those qualities. The communication was misleading, accountability was nonexistent, and the customer service was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise parents to think carefully before choosing this nursery
