Cotton Buddies Pre-School, nestled within Cottons Park in central Romford, offers a stimulating and secure environment for young children. The nursery focuses on active learning, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines, which encompass seven key areas of development.

Daily activities are thoughtfully planned to balance structured and unstructured play, promoting early literacy and numeracy, enhancing motor skills, and fostering social development within a group setting. Utilising the secure online platform Blossom, parents are kept informed about their child's progress, strengthening the partnership between home and nursery.

The nursery operates 51 weeks a year, closing only for a week over Christmas and New Year, and on public bank holidays, with flexible session bookings to suit varying parental needs.

The manager creates a setting that is very inclusive. Staff have a strong understanding of the additional support that some children may need with their learning. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the help they need to access all the activities with confidence. All children reach their developmental milestones.
